How It Works

1. Select the number of figures/pets, product selection & add any personalization or other requests.
2. Upload your photo.
3. You will receive an email from orders@customportraitshop.com with a digital version of your portrait. Once you confirm this, if you have selected a product to be delivered, we will send your portrait to our printing department.
4. You will receive tracking information as soon as your product has been shipped out.
5. Wait for your item to be delivered to your door!

SHIPPING

We have warehouses in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your shipping address as soon as you approve your design. We dispatch within 24-48 hours and it generally takes around 5-10 days to arrive.

2. Upload a clear, high-resolution photo. You can upload multiple photos and we can merge different photos together too!
3. Add any customization preferences or requests.

1- Design Preview (1-2 days):Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. Within 2-3 days, you'll receive an email
showcasing your paw-trait. Take your time to review it.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days):Upon approval, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days. This is where your product will be printed on the product you have chosen.

3- Shipping (4-8 Business Days or Faster):With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically,
shipping takes 4 to 8 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.

Premium Poster Print:
Our posters are made out of 200 gsm/ 80 lb paper weight makes it durable and long-lasting.

We use FSC-certified paper or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability. It’s better for the people and the planet.

Each poster is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure.

Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.

Canvas: Canvas frames are made of FSC® certified wood. When not available PEFC or equivalent. Our canvases have a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame. They are shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation. Includes mounting kit.

Frames: Our frames are lightweight and have a thickness of 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8"). They are shatterproof, transparent plexiglass and include hanging kit, to hang in both portrait and landscape orientations. Default paper is matte however semi-glossy paper is available upon requested. If matte paper isn't available, we will print on semi-glossy paper.

Mugs: Our standard mug is a ceramic 11oz mug. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. Mugs are shipped in sturdy packaging with double walls for added protection whilst your mugs are in transit. We do have other size mugs available upon request.
Pillows: 100% pre-shrunk polyester case and is linen-feel fabric. Contains a hidden zipper and has a machine-washable case. The standard pillow size is 18" x 18" however there are other pillow sizes available upon request.

T-Shirt: Made of a heavier cotton with a double-stitched neckline and sleeves & rolled-forward shoulders for a better fit.

Phone Covers: Phone Covers are available for iPhone and Samsung models. They have a solid, durable polycarbonate back and are made of a BPA free hybrid Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and Polycarbonate (PC) material. Biodegradable options are available upon request.
