In the product page, there is a button with an upload icon. Use that to upload the photo for your order. You can select and upload multiple photos if needed.
Do I see a preview of my portrait before it's shipped out?
Yes, a proofing email will be sent to you to provide the opportunity for changes before we ship it out.
Can I combine different photos together?
You sure can! We can use different photos and combine them together. This means you use seperate photos of people and put them together into the same one!
If I choose digital only, how will I get my portrait?
You will get an email sent to you from orders@customportraitshop.com .
What if I'm not happy with the result of my portrait?
We're here to help! Let us know via the contact form or reply to the proofing email you get and we will make the necessary changes to the portrait!
How do I choose a background for my portrait?
No problem! Just add it to the personalization section of the product page.
What is the turnaround time?
It takes 1-3 business day to draw out the artwork and then 5-10 business days for shipping and delivery.
